Keeping myself fit

I enjoyed South Tyrol - the German-speaking part of Northern Italy - so much during our Alp crossing that I decided to spend this weekend there as well. I participated in the giro lago di resia, a run around beautiful lake Reschen, a spot that we passed on our tour. I had a great time running the 15,3 km around this gorgeous lake surrounded by the snowy Alps in perfect weather.
